MINERVA: a very stable and innovative business with multiple entry points. · Cleaning services (CS: 53%): In- and external cleaning of hardware (computers, screens, phones), but also ATM’s, sever rooms (incl racks), 3-D printers… · Hardware support services (HSS: 27%): roll-out and IMACD (install, move, add, change and dispose) of technical equipment. · Product sales (PROD: 20%): selling specialized (private label) cleaning products for the ICT environment (card-readers, ATM’s), antimicrobial keyboards and mice, devices for disinfecting smartphones and tablets, software to create mobile apps for infield registration.

This specialized market only has a small number of players, most of them do not have our scale advantage (field operators geographically spread over Belgium). Most clients like to incorporate us in their processes of IT-change, roll-outs and inventories. This allows us to develop and evolve driven by market demand. We notice this increased demand for hardware services compensates largely for the stagnating or slightly decreasing cleaning services. For one particular brand of high-tech products we have the exclusive rights for Belgium, France and Luxembourg. Shareholders are looking for a strategic partner that can build on their successes, increase the potentials and keep the team strong.
