Company history/background
The main building was constructed in three phases between 1974 and 1996 and renovated in 2006. In 1990, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company. It has always functioned as a furniture showroom, workshop, and storage facility. In 2006, the actual operation of the interior design business was spun off into a separate company. The real estate remained within the original company.
Company activities
The real estate company we currently wish to put up for sale now focuses on managing and leasing land and buildings, whereas previously it also handled the operation of the interior design business. Currently, the operation of the interior design business (interior architecture and realization) is housed in a separate company. This could also be purchased, but that is by no means a requirement.

The building is well-maintained and suitable for various purposes. Moreover, it is very well located and has high commercial visibility. It is situated along the major connecting axis between Mechelen and Heist o/d Berg and benefits from excellent access via the R6 and E19.
