No, you do not pay a success fee or commission upon a successful sale. You only pay a fixed price for placing your advertisement. We believe in transparency with no hidden surprises (for example: 0.5% of €100,000 = €500 on top of the listing price).
No, your advertisement is not automatically renewed. Toward the end of the listing period, we will contact you to check on the status of the sale. You can then decide whether you wish to extend the listing.
