How can I add a profile to the website?

Just go to “add profile”, choose your options and follow the steps. It will only take you a few minutes and your profile is ready.

 

How can I change my profile?

Just login to your account, click on your profile and edit the profile. Press save and we receive a message of your changes. We approve them if they are correct and your profile is live again. Please pay attention when you make the changes because we approve during office hours, your profile is not visible after change and before approval.
 

How can I delete my profile?

Log in to your account. Click on delete, enter the reason why and press save. Your profile is never lost in the database, so if you decide to undelete your profile, just call of email us (info@bedrijventekoop.be) 
 

I have reacted on a profile but have not heard anything from the profile. What can I do?

If you react on a profile, we will send your reaction within 24 hours to the owner of the profile. If the owner of the profile does not give any reaction to you and this will take more than 7 working days, you can call or e-mail us. We can provide you the contactdetails or we will contact the owner of the profile. Remember to send us the profile-number

How can I get in contact with an interesting profile?

If you want to know more about a profile, just click on  “Get in contact”. If you already have a login on our website and you are logged in, your data is already filled. If you are a new user, just add your data. You will receive a login in your e-mail. Enter your contactdata and your personal reaction. We will send your data within 24 hours to the owner of the profile. Anonymous reactions will not be send through.

 

Can I get in contact with the profile in an other way?  

You can only react through the reaction field. We never give you personal information other than you can see on the website. When the profile is added by an registrated advisor of Bedrijventekoop.be you will receive the name of the advisor after we approved your reaction. In that case you can directly contact the advisor. 
 

Should I pay for the reaction?

No, you do not have to pay to get more information. The people who want to sell or buy a business and add a profile on our website, pay a certain amount. Reacting is for free.
