Solid company with primarily B to C clients; an established name in the region with a clientele in the higher segment, including business leaders, politicians, private clients, the hospitality industry, municipalities, and many schools and nursing homes under management. Started with 1 rotating 2 assembly teams and 1 sales and planning clerk. Due to the growth of another BV conducting B to B sales, I am seeking a merger or acquirer who wishes to continue this business through a business fund or the joint establishment of a new BV.

We are seeking a buyer in the same industry or who wishes to merge with a new BV in consultation to free up more time, while I continue to handle sales as an employee for B to C clients or take the lead during the transition phase. Or a buyer who wishes to expand branches with a stable base of regular clients, whether or not including multiple commercial properties and staff. Or a start-up that wishes to immediately gain a 20-year head start on other start-ups.
