Company history/background

The company was founded in Limburg after the war. Since the family had no successor, it was acquired 20 years ago through a Management Buy-In. The owner now wishes to retire and is therefore selling. The company operates independently without the owner, who therefore primarily manages it at a high level together with the management team.

Company activities

The company offers extensive welding services and processing for various materials such as steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. They utilize various welding techniques, including MIG, MAG, and TIG, performed under NEN 1090-2 exc. class 3 and ISO 3834 by certified welders. Cutting work includes waterjet cutting and oxy-acetylene cutting. Additionally, the company can shear, bend, and roll, and many operations can be performed in-house.

Furthermore, they offer assembly of the (self-)constructed projects, for which there is considerable demand.

The company maintains a broad, largely certified inventory, enabling fast delivery, which is important for many of its customers. Furthermore, relabeling is available. Approximately 30 employees work there.
