In addition to the manager, 3 to 4 people (3.0 FTE) are employed under salaried status. They all have an impeccable track record, and the childcare facility therefore enjoys a very good reputation. This makes it an ideal additional location for an existing childcare facility or for further scaling up. Personnel costs amount to approximately 40% of turnover.

Company activities

The daycare center is located in the east of the province of Antwerp and cares for between 20 and 25 children daily. The daycare center is recognized by Kind Gezin. Until 2022, they operated under the IKT system with subsidy level 2B; effective 2023, this was converted to Level 2, resulting in increased reimbursement.

Unique selling points

The property is owned by the seller but is leased by the daycare center. A potential sale of this property may be considered, even at a later stage. The reason for the sale is that the owner wishes to pursue a new challenge and hand over the daycare center to a younger generation.
