The company must be in a growth and/or maturity phase. This means that the company already has a reasonable track record. The current owners want to sell the company because of age or because they can no longer add dynamism to their own company.

The company must be formed in such a way that the acquiring party can again add added value to the company.

The company is active in the Dutch market, but preferably also in the Benelux and/or Europe.

A young and healthy family business that operates in the healthcare / lab / PPE segments within NL, EU and Asia. After rapid and sustainable growth, now looking for acquisitions (strategic) to further expand portfolio.
