Both bookkeeping and accounting firms facing succession issues, as well as firms wishing to become part of a larger entity, are welcome.
The ideal acquisition candidate is an SME with a diverse customer base, between 3 and 20 employees, and a turnover ranging from €250,000 to €2 million. More or fewer staff or turnover are also negotiable.
The partial retention of the managing director after the takeover is a plus.
Location: Province of Flemish Brabant, but can range from Ghent to Hasselt as well as around Mechelen.
