De Nederlands entiteit huurt haar gebouw van een derde partij. De Belgische entiteit heeft recentelijk haar bedrijfsgebouw verkocht en huurt dit van de nieuwe eigenaar. VOORGESTELDE TRANSACTIE --------------------------------- De aandeelhouder van Stubo wensen 100% van hun participatie in de groep te verkopen. FACILITIES ------------- Each of the entities own all necessary equipment for their daily operations. The Dutch entity rents its corporate building from a third party. The Belgian entity has recently sold its corporate building and rents it from the buyer new owner. MARKET --------- The activities of Stubo involve long term projects. The company has a worldwide on-site service, which complements its aim for sustainable and innovative drive solutions. PROPOSAL ------------ The preferred transaction structure of the current shareholders involves the sales of 100% of the shares of the group.
