Reason for sale; After more than 25 years of building and expanding his business, the entrepreneur is ready for the next phase in his life. There is no successor within the family and/or among the staff. He has therefore decided to offer the business for sale.

Profile company; The company specializes in cleaning and anti-corrosion work in a specific international market. In this market, the company has become a leading player with limited competition. The com-pany has a loyal customer base of multinationals, operates in 7 countries (Benelux, Germany, Poland, France and Austria) and is headquartered in the Netherlands. It distinguishes itself in the market through its efficient planning, short lines of communication, reliable execution (is regionally managed per country) and specialist knowledge.
Employees; The company employs both staff and freelancers (15–20 people), who on average have been working for the company for 6 years. All professionals hold relevant certifications, in-cluding VCA. They work in various self-managing teams spread across Europe. There are project managers who have been active for more than 10 years. The current CEO – who works part-time – is, together with the project managers, responsible for preparing quota-tions.
Location; The company is based in the Netherlands, where an office and a warehouse for vehicles and materials are rented. Additionally, there are branches in Poland and Germany.

In the third quarter of 2025, a number of contracts were concluded with multinationals, resulting in a sig-nificant increase in revenue and results expected for 2026 and 2027.
