Client has more than 40 years of experience in the field of sanitary ware and especially in related hygienic aspects and applications.
He has built up a production wholesale business in paper toilet seat covers with a special version for children. The trademark and design rights to these have been registered.
Children will regularly have to sit on a strange toilet, on seats that are not always clean. With these extra large toilet seat covers, the toilet seat is completely covered. The covers have a cheerful animal print, they are made of recycled paper and they can be flushed down the toilet after use.
The covers are partly produced in our own production facility in the Netherlands and sold to (known) retail in the Netherlands and exported to various countries.
The turnover of spectacle decks and by-products in 2022 is approx € 210,000 and is growing. The turnover can certainly be expanded significantly through effective acquisition.
In the company client is still active part time together with a part time ZZP'er.
