We are a young couple looking for a restaurant/bistro in the center of Bruges. This would be a small business, 20-30 cents, preferably with a home. We would operate it as a couple, without staff. We want a gastronomic restaurant; the husband has years of experience in well-known restaurants. The clientele is business people (lunch), people who want a leisurely gastronomic dinner, and the like. Tourists are always welcome in the city center. A kitchen must meet HCCP standards; a small terrace is a plus. We do not require a room or kitchen on the upper floor (ground floor is required).
