The company has an experienced team of 17 people. Thanks to local responsibility at each location and central operational support, Project Playground operates largely self-managing. Daily operations are supported by an internally developed digital childcare platform for, among other things, staff planning, occupancy management, daily registration, invoicing, and parent communication. In addition, Project Playground distinguishes itself with a complete all-in childcare concept, including hot meals and care products.
