The company was founded in 2021 by a manager with 20 years of experience in the construction sector . Thanks to these years of experience, the company possesses extensive practical and commercial knowledge within construction, renovation, project development, real estate, and recruitment.
The company offers a flexible acquisition structure . The various business units can be acquired individually , but can also be acquired as a whole .
Project follow-up and project management are currently carried out by the managing director.
Project development - including 1 villa to be renovated and shares in 2 development sites for a total of 22 units in the Geraardsbergen region.
Recruitment and secondment of foreign personnel - contacts, subcontractor, clients, website and quotation platform.

Our activities include, among others:
Project monitoring and project management: guidance and follow-up of construction and renovation projects from A to Z.
Renovation & New Construction: execution and coordination of renovation and new construction projects as a contractor.
Project development: development and realization of real estate projects, from concept and preparation to execution and sales.
Staffing & secondment: providing foreign skilled workers and construction profiles to construction and renovation companies.
Real estate sales via own website: a dedicated online platform for the commercialization and sale of real estate projects.
Development of a project management system for the construction industry: a digital platform under development to support construction companies and project managers with the planning, monitoring, communication, and administration of projects.
No own staff, no rental contracts.
